## What is 教室手帳?

個人教室の予定・月謝・振替を、レッスン前にすぐ確認。

教室手帳は、少人数の教室を運営する先生向けのiPhoneアプリです。
ピアノ教室、書道教室、そろばん教室、ダンス教室、バレエ教室、空手教室、英会話教室、個人塾、ヨガ教室などで使えます。

「今日だれが来るのか」
「月謝は入金済みか」
「欠席分の振替は残っているか」
「前回どこまで進んだか」

こうした日々の確認を、紙のメモや表計算だけで続けていると、確認漏れが起こりやすくなります。

教室手帳では、レッスン予定、生徒情報、出欠、入金、振替、レッスン記録をまとめて管理できます。
大きなスクール管理システムを入れるほどではないけれど、毎日の教室運営をもう少しラクにしたい先生に向けて作りました。

■ 今日見るべきことをすぐ確認

ホーム画面で、今日のレッスン予定、出欠、前回メモ、入金確認、振替の確認事項をまとめて確認できます。
レッスン前にアプリを開くだけで、その日に確認したい内容を見渡せます。

■ 出欠と振替をまとめて管理

出席、欠席、欠席予定、無断欠席、休会などを記録できます。
欠席による振替残、振替予定、期限も管理できるため、振替の確認漏れを減らせます。

■ 月謝や教材費の入金を確認

月謝、都度払い、教材費、発表会費、道具代、検定料などの入金状況を管理できます。
月ごとの未入金・入金済みを確認し、入金があればすぐに記録できます。

■ 生徒ごとのレッスン記録を残せる

前回の内容、つまずいたところ、次回やること、注意ポイントなどを生徒ごとに記録できます。
レッスン前に前回の様子を確認しやすくなり、生徒に合わせた指導を続けやすくなります。

■ 連絡文づくりを補助

未入金の確認、振替案内、欠席予定、レッスン内容の共有など、よく使う連絡文の作成を補助します。
作成した文章はコピーして、LINEやメールなどに貼り付けて使えます。

■ はじめてでも試せる

体験用教室で、出欠、入金、振替、レッスン記録の流れを試せます。
体験データは後から削除できます。

■ 生徒情報はiPhone内に保存

生徒情報やレッスン記録は、利用者のiPhone内に保存されます。
ログインや独自サーバー同期はありません。

言い出しにくい月謝の確認連絡を、生徒名・金額入りの丁寧な文面でワンタップ作成。コピーしてそのままLINEなどで送れます。

■ 年間売上サマリとCSV書き出し(有料プランのみ)
月別・種別ごとの入金集計を1年分まとめて確認でき、確定申告や帳簿づけに使えるCSVファイルとして書き出せます。
