## What is みんなで健活?

みんなで健活は、毎日の歩数を記録し、地域やグループで健康づくりに参加できるアプリです。

iPhoneのヘルスケアと連携して歩数を取得し、7日間の歩数推移や週間ランキングを表示します。ランキングにはニックネームのみを表示し、地域の仲間とゆるやかに健活を続けられます。

主な機能

・ヘルスケア連携による歩数の取得
・7日間の歩数推移の表示
・地域ごとの週間ランキング
・グループ作成、参加、グループランキング
・歩行速度、両脚支持時間、歩行安定性の確認
・Apple ID、Google、メールアドレスでのログイン

歩行安定性などの情報は、転倒予防の参考指標として確認できます。ランキングには歩数のみを使用し、歩行安定性などの健康指標はランキングには使用しません。

地域の通いの場、健康づくりグループ、家族や仲間との日々の運動習慣づくりにご活用ください。
