  【対象ユーザー】
  本アプリは自治体の避難所運営担当職員のみを対象としています。一般市民

  【セキュリティ】
  収集した個人情報はSQLCipherで端末内暗号化保存され、TLS
  1.2以上の通信で自治体サーバーに同期されます。
