Shashin-ban is a camera app for construction sites that lets you document work just by shooting in order. It automatically creates an electronic site board (the green "kokuban") and burns it into every photo — no more writing boards by hand. Simple enough for anyone on site, including older workers and non-Japanese crews. Simply send the file and open it in "Shashin-ban" so the entire team can instantly start shooting with the same blackboards. ■ Customize Your Shooting Experience Choose whether to review photos immediately after shooting in the settings. Grid lines and two-finger zoom are now supported for a smoother workflow. ■ More Reliable Ledgers and Photos Shooting date and time are automatically recorded on photos. Before creating a ledger PDF, the app will notify you of any platform-dependent characters (e.g., ①, ㈱) that may cause text corruption, along with their item names. ### 1.52 — 2026-07-02 This update makes field work even easier! Edit on PC, Share to Smartphone You can now create projects and blackboard items in bulk on a computer. The created data can be transferred to other smartphones, allowing the entire team to shoot immediately with the same blackboard. Shooting More to Your Liking You can now choose whether or not to "Review after shooting" in the settings. Gridline guides and two-finger zoom are also supported. The display for landscape shooting has been improved as well. More Reliable Photos and Ledgers The shooting date and time are now automatically recorded on the photos. When creating a photo ledger, the app will notify you in advance about platform-dependent characters that cause text corruption. Photos are saved in an optimal size for ledgers. ### 1.5 — 2026-07-01 Instant Review & Save: Check your photo on the spot before moving to the next step. You can also review previous steps with a single tap. Bulk Actions: Multi-select photos in the gallery to share, save, or delete them all at once. Export options now include JPEG and PNG.
