## What is シンプルリマインダ?

シンプルリマインダーは、毎日の習慣や忘れたくない予定を手軽に管理できるリマインダーアプリです。

英語の勉強、朝のストレッチ、読書、薬の飲み忘れ防止など、続けたいことを登録しておくと、指定した時刻に通知でお知らせします。余計な機能を減らしたシンプルな画面なので、毎日迷わず使えます。

登録したリマインダーは一覧で確認でき、不要になったものはすぐに削除できます。リマインダーごとにアラームのON/OFFや通知時刻を変更できるため、生活リズムに合わせた管理が可能です。

達成した日はカレンダーに記録でき、合計達成日数や直近の連続達成日数も確認できます。続けた日が目に見えるので、習慣化のモチベーション維持にも役立ちます。
