## What is Я Есть?

"Я Есть: Структура человека" (I Am: The Structure of a Human Being) is a practical app for self-observation, mindfulness and inner work.
The app brings together the materials of the author's course "The Structure of a Human Being": theory, practices, a journal, work with the 8 areas of life, and an evening review of the day.
It helps you gently observe yourself in everyday life — to notice your reactions, your states, your inner programs and habitual scenarios. The main focus is not on judging yourself, but on returning to the simple sense of "I am," here and now.
What's inside:

• the practice of disidentification;
• 8 areas of life for self-observation;

• an evening review of the day;
• checklists for mindful practice.
