## What is 미라케어?

Sound Mind in Sound Body.

An old idea — and perhaps the wellness principle that matters most to someone living with panic and anxiety. MiraCare applies it to panic and anxiety self-care. Sleep, breathing, relaxation, physical capacity — tending the foundations of the body a little each day. That is what this app does.

Panic and anxiety are not something to "endure" but something to work with, a little at a time. MiraCare holds a concrete, step-by-step wellness routine shaped around the day of someone living with them. It is based on the upcoming book "Why Panic Keeps Coming Back" (Sept 2026) and designed with reference to published research on the physical factors of panic disorder. Sources are listed inside the app.

■ Right there when an attack comes
An SOS you can reach from any screen. It walks you through getting past this moment, one step at a time. (Always free)

■ Small daily practice
Log sleep, resting heart rate, meals, breathing and relaxation — the foundations of the body — on a checklist matched to your step. Not an ambitious target, just what you can manage today.

■ Your body, in view
A 12-week trend graph and monthly records show how your body has been, at a glance.

■ My garden
A space of your own that fills in the more you log. A tree grows as your records accumulate.

■ Entirely on your own phone
Nothing is sent to a server. Every record is stored on the device only. You can start right away without signing up, and if you like, protect your records with an on-device lock (password · Face ID).

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-08

1.3.0 — The garden opens with your first tree
· Three trees are free to grow.
· Finish your first tree and it is planted — that is where the garden begins.
· The tree planted is the one you grew — zelkova, cherry, maple or pine.
· A cabin of your own comes next, then wildflowers, butterflies, birds, a squirrel.
· The book "Why Panic Keeps Coming Back" is out.
· Fixed weekday labels breaking in two in the 7-day sleep strip.
Everything you have recorded is still there.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-01

1.2.1 — Fixes you can see

· Sleep hours are colour-coded again: green once you reach 7 hours, amber when you fall short. The Today tab, the last-7-days strip and the trend chart now all agree.
· Fixed text spilling out of its card on the "7 States" screen.
· Crisis line numbers on English screens were showing Korean numbers. They now show 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) and 911.
· The delete button on the Avoidance & Exposure list was too small to hit reliably. It is now a full-sized target — nothing looks different.

Everything you have recorded so far is still there.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-27

1.2 — A redrawn interface

· A quieter screen. Colour has been pulled back, type and buttons are larger, and red is now reserved for the panic button alone.
· Hand-drawn illustrations in place of emoji.
· A two-week date strip on the Today tab — tap a past day to read or fill in that day's record.
· Four tree species. Finish one tree and a different one grows next (Zelkova, Cherry, Maple, Pine).
· A tidier first screen: sign-in and guest entry now sit in one place.
· Small type and pale colours have been corrected. The layout now holds together at the largest text size.

Everything you have recorded so far is still there.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-21

Recovery Tree fixes
· Flowers and fruit now appear at the right stages
· Finish one tree and a different one grows next
  (oak → cherry → maple → pine)
· Grow three trees and your garden begins

Fixed subscriptions not being restored after
reinstalling the app or switching devices

### 1.0 — 2026-08-05
