## What is 집노트?

집 보러 다니다 보면 "그 집 채광이 망원이었나 연남이었나" 헷갈립니다.
집노트는 모든 집을 같은 기준으로 채점하고, GPS로 위치를 자동 저장해
지도에서 한눈에 비교하는 매물 메모장입니다. 서버 없이 전부 기기 안에서.

■ 같은 잣대로 채점
· 채광·수압·곰팡이·소음·수납·관리비·교통 등 8개 기본 항목을 1~5점으로
· 중요한 항목엔 2배 가중치, 안 본 항목은 점수에서 자동 제외(공정한 종합점수)
· 0~100 종합점수와 색(초록·노랑·빨강)으로 바로 판단

■ 위치는 GPS가 자동으로
· 매물 추가 시 현재 위치를 지도에 자동 핀 → 손으로 미세 조정
· 가까운 역까지 도보 거리·시간 자동 계산(무료)

■ 지도에서 한눈에
· 모든 매물을 점수 색 핀으로 한 지도에 · 하단 시트로 리스트 전환
· 동네 단위로 후보를 비교

■ 결정 & 공유
· 매물 비교표(초록/노랑/빨강)로 가족과 의논
