## What is مسكن?

Maskan — Property Management Platform

Maskan brings maintenance requests, complaints and suggestions, common-area room bookings, and communication between owners and the property team into one app.

• Chat directly with the team on each request
• Book shared amenities (gym, halls, and more)
• See building announcements and vote on community polls

For property managers:
• A full dashboard of every request, technician, and owner
• Route requests directly to a technician or handle them administratively
• Manage room bookings and set monthly limits
• Post announcements and polls for residents
• Ready-to-export performance reports

For technicians:
• A clear daily task list
• Document completed work with a photo straight from the camera
• Track requests assigned to you
