## What is 心實曆?

心實曆——心理實習行事曆，為台灣心理實習設計的時數紀錄工具。
在機構完成活動後 10 秒記一筆，剩下的交給app管理：
【雙模式雙帳本】
• 碩二兼職（課程實習）與碩三全職（駐地實習）各自獨立記帳
• 分類架構依官方時數表設計，門檻與計入方式可依各校規定自訂
【自動追蹤，不用再翻手冊】
• 門檻進度：個諮人次、團諮（協同自動折半）、衡鑑、督導、行政一目瞭然，達標蓋「達」章
• 每週節奏：個督週週達標檢查；全職模式含每週 32–40 小時與直接服務追蹤
• 直接服務認定三態管理：計入／待確認／不計入，與老師確認後一鍵收斂
• 證明書數字卡：期末填表直接照抄
【報表與備份】
• 官方格式月報表，一鍵複製貼進試算表謄寫
• 完整 Excel 快照：原始紀錄、分項累計、接案概況三工作表，繳交核對零手工
• JSON 完整備份與還原，換手機不掉資料
【隱私優先】
• 完全離線，資料只存在你的裝置；無帳號、無伺服器、不收集任何資料（所以也沒有多裝置自動同步喔）
