## What is メダ活帳?

Medaka Log is a breeding and lineage manager for medaka (Japanese rice fish / ricefish) keepers. Start simply by logging the variety and count in each container, then grow into full lineage management — crosses, generations (F-values), and family trees.

Note: The app interface is in Japanese.

- Daily records: manage containers and lots; log water changes, feeding, and health checks in one tap, with photos
- Spawning & hatch forecast (guideline): from accumulated water temperature, see the estimated hatch date and progress, with local reminders
- Lineage: auto-numbered generations (F1, F2…), a generation tree, and retention-rate trends from selection records
- Genotype prediction (reference, known recessive/dominant traits only) and inbreeding coefficient (COI)
- 3-generation pedigree PDF (variety, F-value, COI reference) to attach to the fish you sell
- Container QR labels for quick on-site logging
- Sales records with CSV export; a per-line dashboard for counts, sales, and hatch rate

Records are stored on device and no account is required. An optional cloud share can sync records and photos across your own devices, and an optional weather link can estimate outdoor water temperature. Hatch, genetic, and COI predictions are guidelines only.

Medaka Log Pro is a one-time purchase. Cloud Sharing is a monthly auto-renewable subscription; it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in the App Store under Subscriptions.
