导入分页更聪明了：
· 没有分页标记的长稿，现在会自动按内容和演讲节奏分页
· “第一部分”“第 1 页”这类小标题识别更准；正文里顺口说的“第一、第二”不再被误当成分页
· 分页时自动为讲稿起一个简短的名字

新建讲稿时多了“导入讲稿”入口；新建后没写字直接返回，不会留下空白讲稿。

### 1.2 — 2026-08-05

这一版补完了"上台之后不用再碰手机"的最后一块。

• 讲完本页最后一句会自动翻页，两手拿着话筒也不用伸手。触发条件卡得很严：必须是你真的一句一句读到了本页最后一句、并且说完了它的结尾才会翻——宁可不翻，也不乱翻。
• 接电话、微信语音打断之后，跟读会自己回来。以前被打断一次就彻底听不见了，界面上却还显示着在跟读。
• 电脑上写好稿子，手机上一键粘贴：拿起手机打开 App，列表顶上直接出现粘贴按钮，点一下就变成讲稿。
• AirDrop 传来的文稿、微信里收到的文件，现在可以直接"用随时讲打开"。
• 导入快了很多，长稿子不再有卡顿感。
• 修复：老的 GBK 编码 txt 打不开，而且没有任何提示。
• 修复：AI 生成的稿子用 --- 分页时，页内标题会漏出井号，还会让跟读从错误的位置起跑。

另外，App 改名叫「随时讲」了——你讲到哪，它就停在哪。

演讲途中屏幕不再自动锁屏——这一版最重要的修复。

• 进入演示页后自动阻止息屏：两手拿着话筒、讲到一半屏幕黑掉的情况没有了。离开演示页、退到后台都会自动恢复系统原本的锁屏设置。
• 新增上手讲稿《先念这一页试试》：照着念出声，就能看见高亮跟着你走，一分钟明白提词器该怎么用。
• 示例换成真正能用的模板：项目汇报、婚礼致辞，改掉几个名字和数字就能直接上台。
• 讲稿排版更紧凑：段落之间不再空一行，一屏看到更多内容，段落依旧一眼分得清；调大字号时行距和段距会跟着一起放大。
• 修复：删光全部讲稿后重新打开，示例讲稿会自己跑回来。
• 修复：示例讲稿里的重点色，和你自己标出来的橙色不是同一个颜色。
