## What is 마흔의 뇌?

마흔이 넘으면 "그거 뭐였지…" 하고 단어가 혀끝에서 맴도는 순간이 잦아집니다. 마흔의 뇌는 그 인출력을 매일 가볍게 훈련하는 두뇌 게임입니다.

■ 하루 8문제, 부담 없이
매일 날짜에 맞춰 새로 뽑히는 8문제(단어 인출·잡학·추억 인출)를 3분이면 풉니다. 오늘 안 풀면 내일 또 새 문제.

■ 네 가지 훈련
· 데일리 퀴즈 — 초성 보고 단어 떠올리기, 4지선다 잡학
· 기억 인출 — 잠깐 본 항목을 다시 떠올리기
· 슐테 테이블 — 흩어진 숫자를 순서대로 찾는 집중력 훈련
· 스트룹 — 글자와 색이 충돌할 때의 억제력 훈련
