## What is 释放岗位?

释放岗位是一款以组织调整为主题的职场角色扮演应用。你将从企业、HR或员工三种身份进入故事，抽取角色，并在持续变化的工作场景中作出决定。

应用包含四十个现实职场角色，覆盖企业经营、人力资源、产品、设计、研发、销售、市场、财务、法务、客服、供应链和零售运营等岗位。每个角色都有独立的职位描述、主线目标、角色优势、角色盲点与五章剧情。

你可能成为制定组织方向的企业管理者，也可能成为负责执行调整的人力资源从业者，或者成为需要证明岗位价值的普通员工。不同身份会面对不同的信息、责任与选择。

每一次选择都会影响经营、信任、士气和合规等组织状态。剧情会结合你的身份、角色与历史决定持续推进，并在结局中给出岗位保留、内部转岗、定向释放或扩大释放等不同结果。

完成主线后，你可以查看完整的决策轨迹，了解每次选择如何影响最终结局，并生成包含角色、组织状态、关键决定与结局摘要的图片海报进行分享。
