## What is 心迹?

MoodTrace — Your Emotions, Your Device, Your Privacy

MoodTrace is a privacy-first mood tracking and journaling app. No sign-up, no login, no cloud upload — every entry stays only on your phone.

QUICK CHECK-IN, IN SECONDS
A 5-level mood slider plus rich emotion and activity tags let you capture how you feel and what you're doing right now — add a photo to remember the moment.

MOOD JOURNAL
Beyond quick check-ins, write a full journal entry with basic Markdown formatting (bold, italic, lists). Edit or delete anytime.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS
· 7-day mood trend chart
· Mood distribution pie chart for an at-a-glance overview
· Apple Health (HealthKit) integration — steps shown alongside your mood trend
· Streak tracking to help build the habit

PRIVACY IS THE ONLY RULE
· All data is encrypted and stored locally — nothing is ever synced to a server
· Full functionality with no sign-up or login required
· Lock the app with Face ID / Touch ID / passcode
· Export your data anytime as CSV / JSON, or clear everything with one tap
· No ads, no third-party tracking SDKs

BILINGUAL BY DESIGN
Interface and mood vocabulary fully support both Simplified Chinese and English, following your system language or set manually.

MoodTrace believes understanding your emotions shouldn't require handing your privacy to anyone.
