Everybody knows how to play rock paper scissors. Now play it with an army: 12 fighters, each holding a weapon only you can see, and a flag your opponent must never find. Across the board your opponent sees 12 identical soldiers. They have no idea which one is rock, which is paper, which is scissors, and you know just as little about theirs. So you advance one square at a time, read the way they move, let them believe your scissors are a rock, bury a trap where nobody is looking, and hunt for the flag they hid. When two ninjas finally land on the same square, the oldest duel in the world decides who stays. A tie? Both of you secretly choose again, and clash a second time. Nobody has to teach you the rules. You learned them in a schoolyard. HOW IT PLAYS • Hide your flag, bury your trap, shuffle your fighters. • One square per turn. Step onto an enemy square and it is a fight. • Rock breaks scissors, scissors cut paper, paper wraps rock. • Win a fight and your ninja stays revealed for the rest of the match. Now they know what you hold. • Step onto the square where they hid their flag and it is over. You win. WHO YOU PLAY • Against a friend: send an invite code, they type it in, and you are in the same match from two phones. No sign-up, no passwords. • Against the computer: an opponent that bluffs back. Works with no internet connection. • Two players, one phone: pass the device and go head to head. ONLINE ARENA • Enter an arena with a coin entry fee, get matched with a real opponent, and the winner takes the whole prize pool. • Three arenas. Each one has a higher entry fee and a bigger pool. • Nothing is taken out of the pool. The winner receives all of it. • The entry fee is only charged once an opponent is actually found.
