## What is まもり手帳 地震速報・避難所・防災グッズ?

地震が来る。その数秒前に、iPhoneが鳴る。

気象庁の緊急地震速報を、揺れが始まる前にお届けします。しかもロック画面に出しっぱなしになります。揺れている最中はスワイプもタップもできません。だから、消えない画面に「震度」と「いま何をするか」を残します。

■ 揺れる前に、全画面で知らせます
・暗い地図の上に、予想震度の色分けと震源を表示
・マグニチュード・深さ・第何報まで、発表された内容をそのまま
・震度の色は気象庁の公式指定色。テレビと同じ色です
・訓練のときは必ず「訓練」と表示します

■ 揺れたあとは、やることだけを大きく
・震度5弱以上は、身を守る手順を全画面で
・家族へ「無事です」を送るボタンを画面の下に固定
・血液型・アレルギー・飲んでいる薬も、登録しておけばここに出ます

■ いまの警報が、ぜんぶ1画面に
・地震・大雨・洪水・熱中症を、気象庁と環境省の発表そのままで
・「全国」に切り替えると、日本のいまが時系列で分かります

■ 近くの避難所は、電波が無くても開く
・国土地理院の指定緊急避難場所を、あらかじめ端末の中に持っています
・洪水・土砂・津波など、災害の種類ごとに対応しているか分かります

■ そなえ・まなぶ・救急カード
・家族の人数と年齢を選ぶだけで、必要な備蓄の量が出ます（ペットのごはんまで）
・地震・台風・大雨・火事のときの動きを、見て分かる手順で
・いのちの情報と大切な書類は、この端末の中だけに保存します

■ わたしたちが「やらない」と決めたこと
・アプリで救助要請を受け付けません。救助が必要なときは119番へおかけください
・いる場所の予想震度や、揺れが来るまでの秒数は表示しません（気象業務法）
・震度の色を独自にしません
