## What is 休日かいぎ?

"What are we doing this weekend?" — deciding from scratch every week is quietly exhausting.
Kyujitsu Kaigi ("Holiday Meeting") is a planner where the whole family votes on what to do.

FOR FAMILIES WHO
- Always leave weekend plans to the parents, and hear "this is boring" from the kids
- Have plenty of ideas, but can't remember any of them when the day comes
- Decide something, then argue about who said what

HOW IT WORKS
1. Save things you'd like to do in the Idea Bank (with duration, outing vs. relaxed day, a website link, and notes).
2. When a day off is coming up, pick the date and the hours you have to play, then choose 2–6 candidates.
3. Everyone votes with stickers: one "Excited" (2 points) per person, and as many "Like" (1 point) as you want. Results stay hidden until everyone has voted — a 9-year-old's vote counts as much as a parent's.
4. Results! Candidates line up by votes; pick 1–2 to actually do, and check that they fit in your available time.

AFTER YOU DECIDE
- Decided plans land in Records with a calendar view, and appear on every family member's phone.
- Jot down day-of notes (meeting time, what to bring).
- Rate the day with stars afterward; ideas build up a "done" count and a fun score, so you can see what's popular and what you haven't done in a while.
- Already have a fixed plan? Add it directly without a vote.

ON EVERYONE'S PHONE
- Share an invite code and each family member joins the same group from their own phone.
- Vote from your own phone, or pass one phone around.
- Get notified when voting starts, when everyone has voted, and when a plan is decided.

MADE FOR KIDS TO READ
- Simple wording, big buttons, and animal avatars.
- Ten color themes, from Strawberry Milk to Melon Soda.

FIND THINGS TO DO
- Browse ideas by category (aquariums, zoos, strawberry picking, camping and more) on Jalan or Asoview. Optionally add your kids' ages to see activities they can join.

SIGN-IN AND DATA
- Sign in with Google or Apple.
- Your family group's data is stored in the cloud and visible only
- You can delete your account and all data from within the app at any time.
