## What is 七分饱?

吃撑，往往不是因为饭太多，而是吃得太快。

肚子已经吃到位了，大脑却要过上一阵才收到「饱」的信号——研究普遍认为这个延迟在 20 分钟左右。等你感觉到饱，其实早就多吃了。
「七分饱」App就是为了把这段时间差更直观化：让手表替你数着每一口，在大脑反应过来之前，提醒你肚子已经到位了。

-戴上 Apple Watch，点一下「开始吃饭」，剩下的交给它。手表通过腕部动作识别你把食物送进嘴里的动作，一口一口地记。
- 不用拍照，不用查食物库，也不用算卡路里。息屏之后依然在数，全程不需要看屏幕。

- 吃太快时轻震提醒你慢一点
- 到了目标分饱提醒你停筷
目标可以选 5 分饱、7 分饱或 10 分饱。

· 你的数据留在你的设备上
-所有用餐记录都保存在你的 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 本地，不会上传到任何服务器。App 不需要账号，不收集你的个人信息。
