## What is איש שטח?

Construction jobs fill in record time. Whoever sees one first gets it.

Ish Shetach connects contractors and employers with certified site managers and safety officers — no refreshing group chats, no missed jobs.

FOR SITE MANAGERS AND SAFETY OFFICERS

• Push alert the moment a job opens in the areas you marked
• Availability calendar — marked busy? Jobs on those dates never reach you
• Contractors find you by area, specialty and experience
• "I'm available" in one tap, or a ready WhatsApp message with all the details

FOR CONTRACTORS AND EMPLOYERS

• Post a job in 30 seconds: role, dates, hours, city and requirements
• The alert goes out instantly to everyone who matches and is free on your dates
• You choose whom to contact — nothing is sent in your name to anyone
• Single-day, multi-day or permanent positions
• Boost a job to the top of the feed, with a reminder to everyone who hasn't answered yet

TRUST

• Site-manager certificates and safety-officer qualifications are checked manually against the official registry before the verified badge appears
• Ratings only for work that actually happened — the contractor rates only the person who showed up
• Your phone number is shown only to people you're in contact with about a job
