What's New in Tiny Computers

1.1

November 1, 2026

Fifty nostalgic secrets to find. • Every computer now hides five nostalgic secrets: pieces of real computing history, period screen savers and hidden games. Each computer's page in the collection shows what you've found, and if you're stuck, hints open one at a time. • Improved realism. The Commodore has a real BASIC screen editor and a 1541 directory. DeskDOS is PC DOS 1.00 with BASICA. Panes 3.1 has Program Manager, TinyMac 84 keeps its desk accessories in the Apple menu, and Workbench 1.3 runs BRICKS from its own floppy. Screens look more like glass, with scanlines and a gentle roll on the CRTs and a fine pixel grid on the LCDs. • A new app icon. • Many touch fixes from playtesting: quicker double-taps, menus that stay open when you switch between screen and keyboard on iPhone, and touch and hold to flag in Minefield.

Fun! Brings Back Good Memories

Some apps are just meant for fun and destress ourselves, without taking up a lot of time.
This app does just that. Looks absolutely phenomenal and brings back a bit of nostalgia.
I recollect seeking similar computers back in the 80s and 90s with awe of the people using them.
Would highly recommend to anyone who grew up watching those rare glimpses of people using computers, like these, back in the 80s … it’ll bring back some really good memories.
It’s not meant to do anything other than bring back a smile on your face on a stressful day or any other time for that matter.
This is a lovely reminder to pause and look back at those good memories, this app does great justice to it.

Neat little app that makes me yearn for the old days

Awesome, albeit, gimmicky app. I love it for what it is. It harkens back to the days when apps for phones were pointless and fun. Back when beer drinking and lighter apps reigned supreme. Hopefully we’ll see more of these types of apps made specifically for the iPhone Duo.

It’s great

I love it but really it’s laggy on my iPad, but I bet the developer will fix it soon! By the way, pinball works by a Easter egg when you log off of windows so

Soooo cute

This is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Looks so cool on the Duo! And it’s functional and you can type 🥺 worth every penny
