## What is 联通实名制?

中国联通电子实名客户端是中国联通为落实工信部《电话用户真实身份信息登记规定》，为销售中国联通手机卡、上网卡的合作代理商提供的、进行用户资料返档功能的手机客户端应用。

1、使用对象：销售中国联通2G/3G手机卡、上网卡的代理商(未接入中国联通营业系统)
2、功能定位：帮助代理商在销售过程中，便捷的提交用户身份信息。
