## What is テラダ設定計算プログラム?

このアプリは当社の製茶プラントに対して､茶期や湿度を基に最適な設定値を計算するものです｡
計算方法は寺田製作所の｢製茶の参考｣、静岡経済連の｢茶生産指導指針｣等を参考に作成されています｡

基本的な使い方

1.メニュー『生葉の状態』で茶期、歩留りなどから生葉の状態を設定します｡

2.メニュー『乾湿計』で現在の乾湿球温度を設定します｡

3.計算したい項目を選択します｡
-『蒸機の回転数・角度』
-『粗揉機の生葉投入量と最大生葉流量』
-『粗揉機の回転数』
-『粗揉工程における各粗揉機の風量』
-『最適熱風温度』

4.オプションボタンから機械やライン構成を自分で登録できます。
-『蒸機型式登録』
-『粗揉機型式登録』
-『粗揉工程登録』
-『オプション』

※他社機械でも寸法を登録すれば計算できます。
※地域、製法によっては計算結果と一致しない場合があります。
※プログラムには万全を期していますが､計算結果はあくまで参考値です｡
