首先，我很喜欢这个app，但是自从买了vip后，汉字岛屿就彻底用不了了（丸子岛消失，导致后面的岛屿都无法下载），通过各种渠道试图联系制作团队，无果，至今问题无法解决，且所有的投诉石沉大海没有回应，很失望也很愤怒，被骗了钱的感觉。
