下单定了两个戈壁硒砂西瓜，加上五斤香蕉。这些东西几十斤重，快递员不愿送上楼，声称我们小区在做核酸大筛，要我自己来小区南门取货？我投诉给客服，告诉她盒马、京东的人员恰在此时就可以送货到家，客服态度敷衍：京东、盒马天天送你们小区，了解情况呀，并且声称配送无瑕疵。那么请教天天果园：上海封控已结束，为何还嫌麻烦不送到门口？商品价格中暗含的物流费用我没支付？别的快递公司能想办法解决运输车辆不进小区门的问题，你们的快递员就是大爷，想不到办法？没有做到点对点配送，这叫无瑕疵？三番两次电话完全不解决问题，客服合格？我是多年老客户，向很多朋友推荐过你们，是做错了？
