虽然闪送速度很快，但是经济效率不高，与此同时，配送员一旦出现事故，平台面临经济责任。可以在地铁里面设置专人，一部分负责往返乘坐地铁，一部分人在负责在每个站点接单。另外，每个配送员在地铁站接单送单，短途送单减少配送员上高速等概率，即使发生意外，风险也可控。并且配送同时满足的一对一，保证了效率和服务质量。商业模式绿色，可以试图与地铁运营公司合作，也可以减少公共交通的财政压力。
