常年在京东购物，京东金融用着特别顺手，一站式金融工具很省心。小金库灵活存取，闲钱放里面随取随用，比银行活期划算；白条购物经常有满减、分期免息，大件家电分12期不用利息，压力小很多。

日常能查信用卡、买保险、基金定投，资产统一查看一目了然。风控做得到位，陌生交易会弹窗提醒，还有刷脸指纹双重保护，资金安全感拉满。经常上线支付红包、京豆活动，付款能直接抵扣，搭配京东商城购物性价比很高。客服响应速度快，账单、还款问题都能快速解决，京东老用户必备APP！

软件里面有个打卡领奖品功能，千万不能信，标题说打卡60天能领奖品，结果打卡到50天左右，就要办联名信用卡，或者开通养老金账号，或者邀请4个京东金融新人。不完成这些任务就打卡不成功，完成其中一个之后继续打卡，到57天又要继续这些任务。完成不了就打不了卡。而且每隔10天，打卡任务都更复杂，看十几个广告还要等时间到了才算。最后上面几个困难的任务不完成的，就打卡不成功，领不了奖品。白瞎我打了58天的卡，开通了两个绑定账号和卡。照样完成不下去，比拼夕夕还要坑。

平安金管家APP整体功能臃肿，定位混乱。作为一款以保险、金融服务为核心的APP，现在更像一个大杂烩平台，首页堆满商城、广告、生活服务，真正的保单查询、理赔、金融服务入口反而很深，使用体验非常差。
平台内电商板块品控一般，部分商品质量不佳，甚至不如主流电商平台靠谱，完全没必要在金融APP里搞这类低质量杂货铺。
希望官方能回归初心，专注做好保险与金融服务，精简界面、减少冗余功能、下架低质商品、关掉没必要的营销推送，让APP回归专业、简洁、好用的本质，而不是一味追求流量和变现，牺牲用户体验。

我是14年的京东老用户，现对“京东金融”已经忍无可忍了，彻底把我恶心到了，彻底删了，再也不用白条了。原因就是多年来从一开始内附各种诱导式金融产品消费，到现在变本加厉，利用各种巧妙的页面布局，近乎是在欺骗性诱导你开通各类消费产品，圈钱吃相实在太小家子气！

必须给个五星好评！最让我满意的是它的界面设计，特别清晰直观，所有功能一目了然，像我这种不是专业搞金融的人也能轻松上手。平时把钱放在小金库里，收益比银行活期高，用起来又灵活，特别省心。还有就是“白条”和“金条”功能，在急需用钱的时候真是帮了大忙，手续简单到账快，解决了我的燃眉之急。整体来说，京东金融把理财、借贷和支付都整合在了一起，安全又便捷，是我心目中金融类App的标杆！强烈推荐！

京东选的产品质量确实是越来越差，实评了还关我额度，真的是想了好久才想起这事，我说好好的用了那么多年了，一直按期还款，就没有违约过，怎么就降我的额度，才想起前两个月因为充话费充200到账100，联系了客服才给我退回来；还有买的一个几百块的手串，我在1688也买了一个十几的对比 ，就觉得垃圾不值，给了个差评，没多久对我的金条额度直接降到不能用，我就不懂了，实实在在的在老客户了，每次选什么贵重品都选京东，金条白条也是使用的你们的，如此相信你们，哪知道你们就是怎么对一直信任你们的客户的，实话都还说不得了，我这就把你们的账清了，京东和你们这个京东金融能用白条金条都卸了，不用行了吧，现在那么多平台卖好物，借款优质的平台 还不信找不着了。拜拜了，以后都不会在选择京东。失望
