알라딘 전자 도서관 앱은 알라딘eBook 서비스와 제휴한 전자도서관 회원님을 위한 것으로, 알라딘회원 아이디로 로그인하시거나, eBook을 대출하실 수 없습니다. 
알라딘과 제휴된 전자 도서관의 회원님들만 이용하실 수 있습니다. 

만약 계정이 없는 분들 중에서 이용을 원하실 경우, 어플리케이션 안에 표시되어 있는 전자도서관 중 가까운 도서관에 이용신청 부탁 드립니다. 

-  알라딘과 제휴한 전자도서관 이용자라면 대출/반납/예약/연장 기능을 통해 전자책을 읽으 실 수 있습니다. 대출/반납/예약/연장은 와이파이혹은 4G인터넷이 연결되어 있어야 합니다. 
- 다운로드 받으신 도서는 책장에서 대출 기간 동안 열람 가능 합니다. 
- 도서관에 미리 신청하신 전자도서관의 계정 정보를 통해서 로그인 하실 수 있습니다.

알라딘에서 도서관에 공급해 드린 eBook에 한해서 서비스 받으실 수 있습니다.

내가 앱 개발을 배우고 싶을 정도. 어제까지 잘 되더니 오늘 로그인 풀림. 학교 검색부터 아무것도 안 뜨고 앱도 기분 타나봐요. 오늘은 기분이 안좋은가보네 하고 며칠 책 읽기를 포기하다가 오늘은 기분 좋나? 하고 들어와 보면 또 로그인 됨.

솔직히 교보나 예스 24 전자도서관이랑 너무 비교됨 웹뷰어는 멀쩡하게 잘 만들어놓고 앱은 왜….. ??? 일단책 저장도 안되고 tts도 제대로 안되고 멀쩡한게 없음

아니 진짜 앱을 만들었으면 지속적으로 관리를 해야지 아무리 로그인을 해봐도 로그인이 안되면 뭐 어쩌자는겁니까???? 불편해서 쓰지를 못하겠네요 학교 도서관이랑 연동 되어 있어서 보고싶은 책이 있어서 보려고 해도 학교 도서관에서는 이미 빌렸다고 나오는데 알라딘 어플이 로그인이 안되어서 웹뷰로 봐야하는 겁니까?? 그럼 어플은 왜 만드셨어요? 보니까 로그인이 안되는게 저 뿐만이 아닌것 같은데 빨리 해결좀 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

대체 무엇을 해야하나요? 고객센터도 없는데 로그인 아이디와 비번은 계속 일치하지 않는다고 뜨네요. 저번에 학교 사서쌤이 회사측에 문의해 도와주셔서 간신히 로그인 했는데 이제와서 멋대로 로그아웃 돼있고 똑같이 로그인했더니 이번에는 로그인이 안되네요. 좀 고쳐주세요 제발..

책이 안 뜰 때가 많아서 반납하고 다시 대출해요
매번 안 뜨는 듯해요,, 매번 다시 반납대출을 반복한다는 뜻입니다 
해당 교재를 이용하는 사람이 없어서 다행이지
인기가 많은 책이었으면 진짜 짜증났을 것 같아요

그리고 예약했던게 오래기다리고 있었는데 예약이 취소되서 사라졌어요. 
또 대출기간이 남았는데도 반납되어버려요.
