Causes multiple issues when needing to commute on certain airlines as they will not accept you without a listing. So do the partners they work with. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service. *2026-03-12, version 3.71.0* I’m employed by Envoy Air which is American Airlines largest Regional. I am entitled to the same Flight benefits as mainline employees as per my contract. Turns out that this app won’t allow me access to book with any other airlines as they say I don’t have that right because I am not hired under American Airlines mainline and only mainline employees have access to use all the flight benefits. My company supervisors told me to delete my account so I can register again under AA but they won’t do it either. They insist that if I am not a mainline Flight Attendant I cannot usethe benefits that I actually have. Unbelievable!!!😡 ### 1/5 — Broken app *2026-03-02, version 3.71.0* They refused to refund me on a multi leg trip that I was forced to book separately and scammed me out of additional money. Their explanation is that the app fails to work yet they don’t direct you to the website ... Even though it was working the previous day. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — No Customer Service *2026-02-12, version 3.70.0* I had a disappointing experience with ID90. I canceled my booking shortly after making the reservation, but the refund process has been extremely slow and unclear. The charge was made on January 15 and canceled on January 16, yet I have had to follow up multiple times without receiving a clear update. Communication has been delayed and there has been no transparent timeline provided. I expected better customer service and clearer refund handling. ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE THIS APP. *2025-07-11, version 3.65.0* This app will book you in error and not refund your money. I was trying to book a hotel and the app crashed while I was using it and booked a different hotel on a different night and would not issue a refund. Customer support was not helpful. Beware. You can get just as good deals elsewhere with a much better refund policy.
