掌上医院借助移动互联网技术，该应用缓解了传统就诊流程需要大量时间和人力排队的问题，把宝贵的时间集中使用在真正的诊疗环节，能够显著提高患者的就诊效率，合理利用有限的医疗资源，功能如下：
1、医院导航：地理、楼层、周边商户导航，能自动定位到当前位置，给出最佳路线
2、智能导诊：用户症状自检，方便患者速速就医
3、预约挂号：实现在手机直接预约挂号，可以省去人力排队的时间
4、排队叫号：以取代各类服务性窗口传统的由顾客站立排队的方式
5、化验取单：用户可以远程查询到化验单报告信息，免于等待
6、在线支付：当用户预约成功后，可以直接支付挂号费用
7、就诊记录：记录每一位患者的诊疗情况，方便跟踪治疗
8、健康百科：定期更新关于一些健康百科的知识
9、健康讲座：定期更新关于各类疾病、药物、体检项目的医学知识介
