I was able to install this app, allow it to write Oxygen Saturation data to my Apple Health without creating an account. There is no need to pair, as soon as I put the device on my finger, I can select the device from the app and it starts showing me the metrics. It writes directly to Apple Health (I only gave it very granular permissions for read and write). If you don’t have an account, you won’t see the history from this app. But you will still see a history and graph from Apple Health. I also tried creating an account and was able to receive the verification code in my email after about 2 mins. So both methods of using this app works as of this writing. ### 3/5 — Data Upload *2023-11-07, version 1.5.2* Generally works but data upload to Lepu CloudMed suddenly does not work.
