此次体验极其恶劣，必须严肃处理。该机构将保险与高利贷捆绑，以“担保费”之名行违规收费之实，涉嫌变相抬高融资成本，触碰监管红线。更严重的是，在消费者明确提出退费后，工作人员态度敷衍，屡次联系均踢皮球、不解决实际问题，毫无企业责任感与契约精神
