## What is 禪修計時?

提供三種模式的禪修方法給使用者選擇：禪修打坐，拜佛，念佛

禪修打坐開始首先由 果元法師 用聲音帶領, 將身體各部份慢慢放鬆. 打坐時間結束時APPS 會以引磐聲提醒使用者下坐。APPS 會自動記錄每次打坐時間. 使用者可有系統地紀錄下自己的修行過程。

拜佛模式，提供 有拜佛引導 和 無拜佛引導，對于不熟悉拜佛動作和心法的菩薩，也有便捷的引導。

念佛模式，使用者可自由選擇聖號，可使用 手機計機，觸摸手機進行計數記錄，亦可使用佛珠自由計數，之后輸入數據記錄。

此APP內置三種語言：國/粵/英，使用者可按需選擇。

It happened about a week ago. The Chan record and target time were wiped out. Whenever I set a new target, it’s gone in couple days or after the app is closed and reopened.
And the design is that you have to set a target first, then start the timer.
