维权进度极慢，即便买卖双方达成一致退款也得等卡淘管理员来处理。但是这个卡淘管理员跟死人一样，一个简单的退款问题能给你拖一个月，怀疑就是卡淘扣着你的钱吃利息。客服电话也是长期打不通一直占线。拿着5%这么高的成交手续费，服务还不如1%的微卡家，而且还纵容卖假卡。就是占着起步早，人气高，真希望早点倒闭。

搜索做的太差了，商品搜索不能输入2个词，比如想搜科比带编的，输入“科比 编”就不行，商家搜索又没有模糊查询，你知道有的商家名称键盘打出来都极为困难，而且根本没法复制商家名称，查个购买记录累死了

卡淘老总户口本只有一页吧大概，所以做出了这么好的软件，找的员工都是她的亲戚，找了一帮大爷，问什么都不知道，客服打电话好像活不起了，态度也是食了米田共一样，希望卡淘公司从上到下能看见明天的太阳吧，出门过马路也要看着点车哦～

而且有订单没付款又想拍别的这种感觉就很崩溃

想投诉维权可太费劲了 卡淘之保护卖家 作为买家动不动就封号，卖家一旦违约根本不追究，而且现在卡淘上假卡泛滥 后台根本没有核实真假卡的能力，我在这里预测 再过一年 卡淘肯定被淘汰！建议大家一起抵制！
