店裏提供首次下載優惠，但是商店裏並沒有免費上網提供，害我們花了很長時間去找免費Wi-Fi版APP下載，就是為了$50優惠。我認為既然你有這個下載APP的優惠，店舖就需要提供方法幫助客人輕鬆下載該APP。只是提供下載連結是沒有用的。幫忙客人可以練到網上才是最重要的關鍵。只為了download這個APP都化療，我大半個小時。申請完會員之後店員的APP竟然說我還沒有做會員，又再弄多10幾分鐘。就算你的APP做得多好，你的線下都線上體驗做得不好，都是一個失敗！！
