如题。
之前就开始用，各种live house穿梭。后来想要把所有看过的现场统计在票夹里，居然都不显示全了。疫情那三年只有多少场演出你们心里没数吗？疫情前看过的就不算数了是吗？还老用户呢，这用户维护程度也是差得太远了。同一个账号连个票价都不能统一，不知道的还以为你们数据库让偷了。

我用了近十年的秀动账号，就因为 秀动上周在5.6.0版本中更新掉的Bug被人把所有信息、近十年的演出记录、身份证信息、门票全都转走了，因为在这个版本之前秀动换登录的手机号是不需要验证原手机号信息的，任何人接触到你的手机界面都可以瞬间把帐号主体替换为自己的手机号。二级市场还有说法说秀动账号越老抢票成功率越高，这消息又是什么人放出来的？大家想想。我的身份证现在还绑定在小偷的电话号码下，而秀动拒绝透露任何我的原账号的信息，他们只认手机号不认实名持有者！这种漏洞到底是为了给谁方便开放的？引人深思？

一抢票就卡死了，硬是卡了快两个小时了，能干就干，不能干赶紧倒闭，没见过这么差的APP

抢票环节本来都到最后一步要进行付款了，结果提示要更新才能付款，而且那个界面设计也是迷，直接跳转页面而不是给个更新提示的弹窗，不知道的还以为是秀动抢票页面崩了，妥妥的强制用户更新，更新就算了，也不给个弹窗的更新按钮，还得去软件商店里自行下载，真的很不合理，完全没考虑用户习惯，差点抢不到票👎

app闪退问题感觉多少个版本了都没有得到完美优化
前两天我自己的账号突然就无法登陆了，输入手机号收验证码显示非法参数，输入手机号填密码直接手机号消失然后提示手机号格式不正确。找400客服和在线客服都只记录问题，然后石沉大海。这个问题未免也太低级了。这么大一个票务平台，就是这么做产品的。
