تطبيق "استهلال" هو تطبيق تابع لمجلس الاستهلال الشرعي بالقطيف والدمام. 

يعرض تطبيق "استهلال" التاريخ الهجري الصحيح حسب الرؤية وشهادة الشهود لدى المجلس مطلع كل شهر وبشكل آلي دون الحاجة إلى تحديث التقويم الهجري عبر كل شهر بزيادة أو إنقاص يوم!

يوفر التطبيق أيضاً تقويم للأشهر الهجرية السابقة حسب بيانات المجلس والاستهلال الشهري

مع التطبيق ستتمكن من الاطلاع على تفاصيل رؤية الهلال وتوقعات الهلال ومشاركتها عبر وسائل التواصل المختلفة. كما يحتوى التطبيق على قسم خاص لأخبار وبيانات المجلس وصور لفعاليات الاستهلال
