I recently purchased a voucher from this site, only to find out that the restaurant was permanently closed. Although the site promises refunds in such cases, they have completely ignored my attempts to contact them—no response to emails, social media messages, and they won’t pick up the phone, even though their account is clearly still active. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t stand by its promises. Save your money and avoid this site—there are better options out there that actually honor their guarantees.

When you call customer service they are on holiday and when you call the Toronto number it cannot receive incoming calls 

I suggest don’t put too much money in this company as if it go bankrupt you can’t even find anyone to talk to
