恶心的不能再恶心的平台，不停的圈钱骗钱，收了一钱，不履行协议，客服永远不解决问题，退单还要收钱。里面的钱根本就提不出来。一开始入会的时候还收199，奉劝各位，千万不要入坑，感觉他们快要倒闭了，钱要拿不回来的

因为要离搬走了，当初只买了两个月体验卡，写着到期日4月2日，准备今天去找个游乐场把最后4个贝壳用掉，结果一早起来发现已经过期。热线电话永远接不通，问在线客服，查了半天告我说是到4月2日凌晨就过期。你们没说明啊，正常人都会认为是到过期日当天晚上各商家下班的时间为止，这不是社会常识吗？无论商场里的代金券，还是各种投稿、比赛、考试报名截止日期，都是这样的，你家非要创建一种新的法则，然后还不明确标示出来，实在很过分！！
此外，客人的要求仅仅是再延期一天，满足心里的预期，完成计划，商家不需要承担任何损失，客人就会满意加感激，任何明智的商家都不该拒绝，只能说彩贝壳的客服培训和系统支持不到位
而且，这两个月使用app的体验也很差，很难查到想去的地方，没法根据想要使用的贝壳数来查活动，非常麻烦😡
