حميتي يصمم الحمية خصيصا لك و لا يقوم بعمل حمية موحد للجميع و هذا يعتمد على قياسات الجسم و المدخلات الخاصة بكم عند عملية التسجيل

تبدا نظام حميتي بالضغط على الوجبات ويقوم النظام بحساب كميات الطعام التي اخترتها ثم يقوم بتقويم وجباتك و عددها و طبيعة طعامك و الاصناف الواجب اخذها عند كل وجبة بطريقة علمية

اختيار التمارين التي تناسب حميتك في البيت او الجيم, التمارين المنشطة للدورة الدموية و الرياضات المختلفة.

يمكنك من حساب السعرات الحرارية المفقودة بحسب الوقت المبذول فيها اوتوماتيكيا و اضافتها الى حسابات حميتك المخصصة الكترونيا و اضافتها الى اليومية

يمَكنك من اختيار التنبيهات و التذكيرات بالوجبات

تستطيع ادخال اكواب المياه و توزيعها على حسب اختيارك

يعطيك رسم بياني لتقدمك في خسارة الوزن و حالتك في الوقت الحالي

يمكنك من ارسال رسائل الى اخصائيي التغذية يتم الاجابة عليها بشكل خاص و سري
