我一直用这个打车软件，但是本次接机6人座订单，快到时间了，司机也没有联系我，电话几次才接，然后和我说他发生交通事故，交警还没有到，让我取消订单，对于这种突发事件，没有任何的后续调配措施，导致行程受损，投诉以后也没有什么反应，以后不会再用了。

神州乘客越来越少，也没有活动开发新客户，司机也越来越少，没有订单 还要每天刷分养活平台 机场虚假订单太多了让司机没有机会接单，一直被扎着不充值 五分钟取消后继续扎 导致司机离开的很多 ，只能说平台危矣！
