用这款产品解决了很多流程管理的问题，各种审批都统一汇总到待办消息里，排除了信息干扰。另外，给全员发通知的时候，可以看到谁读谁没读，没有读的还可以二次提醒，管理很方便

点赞一下友空间的表单功能，很强大很方便！最开始我们用来做了问卷调查，生成二维码分享出去后台自动统计，后来疫情期间每天收集员工的健康情况，再后来发现一些报名预约、大楼门口的出入访客登记等等都很适用！

上家单位用的云之家，但很多问题，像签到不稳定啊，食堂餐饮系统接不进来呀，会议管理不符合业务要求，需要定制化很麻烦，等等。友空间的很多应用正好满足现单位的业务需求，现成的直接用，建模也不错。其实这些协同产品功能都差不多，主要还要看背书的企业后台，用友的话，国内口碑品牌都不错的，所以，用着放心吧
