안녕하세요 버스타고 앱 잘 쓰고 있는 대학생입니다. 최근에 서울에서 경남으로 가는 버스를 예매를 하고 예매를 하였는데 2틀이 지난 시점 돈이 아직 안 들어왔어요 ㅜㅜ

1. 해외카드는 결제가 안됨. 한국 가족 카드 빌려야 함. 
2. 한글에 있는 정거장이 영문에는 없는 경우가 있음. 
3. 비회원으로 예약을 완료하고 결제도 완전히 되었는데, 발권도 안되고 예매 조회에도 예약 내역이 없음. 
4. 한국에 여행오는 외국인과 해외체류 한국인을 좀 고려해야 함. 이건 다른 앱도 아니고 공항 이용을 위한 앱이 아닌가. 
5. 갈라파고스의 전형임. 
6. 앱을 처음부터 다시 만들길. 
7. 나라 망신 더이상 시키지 말고.

Pc로 들어가면 예매가 잘 되는데 폰으로 하면 앱에서 결제가 안 됨... 몇 년째 이러는데 제발 고쳐주세요

앱을 사용한 기억이 있는데 아이디 비밀번호를 안 적어놓아서 아이디 찾기를 하려고 하면 “회원정보가 일치하지 않습니다. 입력한 정보를 확인하여 주세요.”라고 뜨고 회원가입을 하려고 하면 “가입된 사용자입니다.”라고 떠서
고객센터에 전화해 봤는데 회원정보 조회해주시고 가입내역이 없다고 하셔서 일단 끊었는데 평생 비회원으로 사용해야 하나요? 왜 아무것도 안되는걸까요?ㅠㅠ
