    - 현재 발권하여 이용하고 있는 좌석 확인 및 증빙
    - 그룹학습실 예약, PC좌석 대기 정보 확인
    - 기존 발권 이력 확인
    - 어디서든 좌석 반납 및 예약 취소 가능
