App的UI显得过于复杂，很多很简单的筛选都做不到。可以优化的地方似乎产品经理也并不在意。需求提了几个月，却毫无反馈；询问客服经理要么就是“汇报了”；要么就是“没有答复”；要么就是“这种需求不会做”。真的么？ App内提供了直接联系产品经理的IM；但从来也没人回应。所以这个对话框设计的初衷到底是什么？中国的SaaS产品没人埋单不是没有理由的。首先用户体验没人管就是最糟糕的问题。 销售团队不及时反馈用户需求，改善客户体验。让他做个培训动不动就来一句”你听不听得懂？”。不好意思，真的听不懂。只觉得很差劲。
