نظام التطبيق ممتاز لكنك لا تستطيع ان تعرف شيئا عن المكفول - يتامى- إلا اسمه وتاريخ ميلاده والدوله التي ينتمي اليها ولكن حين تحاول فتح التقرير عن الطفل لا تدري شيئا كما يشار التطيبق ان هناك تقارير وصورةللطفل بعد كفالتك له .. ثانيا لا يجيبونك عن الاسئلة أبدا .. وايضا فجأة مدة الكفالة تزيد سنوات من دون إشعار او ذكر اي سبب!!    لا يبينون شيء للمكفول وكاننا لا يهم ان نعرف شيئا..

The App itself is good but I always have trouble logging in every time. Either I don’t receive the code or I need to re assign my password. And if I called for technical help no one is there! Too much trouble for just wanting to donate !

I sponsored an orphan through the app and I wanted to ask a few questions about him, I tried all the ways to contact them but they never responded.
Before i sponsor the orphan, the description said that they will send a report and let me know how the orphan Is doing but they never did that!
I just stopped using the app
