下载完软件后要求注册提供身份证，个人照片等个人隐私信息，而想要销户时要求拨打客服电话。拨打后被告知技术人员不愿意为用户删除数据库个人信息，建议用户将身份证等个人隐私图片换成空白图片。在强烈要求下客服最终妥协。对于无法销户的软件，明显违反个人信息隐私法，不改正的话坚决给予1星差评。
