It’s also annoying and ridiculous that IDA doesn’t permit customers/clients/patients to use a website to refill prescriptions, or indicate in any easy way how to use this app to refill prescriptions. It shouldn’t even be permitted to just be an app and telephone. What if someone loses their phone, or doesn’t have access to a phone? No where allows access to their phones anymore in the event you lose yours and at least someone could go to a library and refill their prescriptions online there if they had a web option without having to go all the way to the pharmacy first, or twice which made me difficult for a number of reasons. This app and lack of a website for refill potentially inhibits people who are physically or mentally ill from accessing the prescriptions they need. Isn’t that illegal? Plus, at the IDA I go to they’re essentially only open business hours and I often forget to call because I’m busy at work and miss filling my mental health prescriptions which may cause unintended harm had they just been open more hours and had an online way to refill, or an all that was easy to use. The IDA that I go is also in an area primarily composed of seniors and this odd and non-user friendly app is likely difficult for them, or anyone with any type of physical or mental illness they need medication for. ### 1/5 — Can't sign up *2025-12-08* I can't get past entering my email. It truly is a POS! ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2024-09-09* My pharmacy complained when I used this for a refill because it sent them a strange fax. They told me to ensure I was using the right app. There doesn’t appears to be another one, and I tried changing settings. There’s too many errors this app for it to be useable, and I can’t even delete my account from it. It makes me concerned about my data when this hasn’t been updated in a year. ### 1/5 — What the heck *2024-05-04* I had an account, it said it’s wrong. Password is wrong…it’s written down Set up a new one, change the secret question, write it down it again said it’s wrong Wth. Seems I am not the the only one with the complaint… When are you fixing the glitch ### 1/5 — Can’t even get past login *2024-01-12* The app won’t even let me log in. I left shopper’s drug mart for IDA because shopper’s can’t get anything right, please don’t let me regret this. ### 1/5 — Should be removed from App Store *2023-10-15* This app isn’t working at all. It used to work but, now it gives an error message. I have all meds for my daughter and me loaded in the app. However, I can’t use it. Keeps stating I’m using an invalid email even though I’m using auto fill to put my email in to ensure it’s all spelt 100% correctly. This app needs a serious update. The pharmacy regularly does not receive the prescription sent to them through this app. Even pharmacy staff have admitted that this has been a problem. Delete ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Convenient app *2026-03-14* Seamless signup, this app allows me to refill prescriptions at my convenience (and as soon as I remember so it actually gets done). Thanks IDA! ### 5/5 — Works fine for me. *2024-12-07* In the very beginning I had a little problem setting it up. The problem I had was linked to how the pharmacy had entered my email address initially. When entering my email the pharmacy had inserted a space at the end where there shouldn’t have been one. After that everything worked great. If you’re having problems I would strongly suggest you contact the app developers directly. They’re great at answering their emails quickly. I use this app at least once a week and it works great every time. ### 5/5 — Great Service! *2016-04-20* It’s great being able to find the flyer in this app. I hated having to fumble with the paper flyer every week, and now, I can just go in the pharmacy and open the app to find out what deals their are! I haven’t refilled a prescription yet, but I’ll try it on this app for sure. ### 4/5 — Awesome App! *2016-04-29* Easy to use. ### 4/5 — Convenient & Secure *2016-04-20* I like that it stores all my personal and Rx information under password protection - i.e. no one else can access it so it's safe. Best part is, I only had to enter once, now the app remembers everything whenever I need a refill. ### 4/5 — User *2016-04-20* Guardian had made an excellent app right here. It's easy to use and what I like is that I can see how many requests I've made for refills, so I can keep track of how often I do it. In a way, this makes me monitor my medication better. ### 2/5 — Works well…when it works *2024-09-25* Sometimes the app works great, making it convenient to refill prescriptions. Other times, I try to do a refill and it takes me to a blank screen that tries to load unsuccessfully. It just spools endlessly and I can’t leave the screen. The only “fix” is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which gets really annoying after a while. ### 2/5 — Barely functional *2023-09-25* This app feels like it was developed by someone who has never used an app before. On the bright side, if you enjoy puzzles, just try deleting a prescription from your list.
