Our mission is to collectively explore every forest, trail, stream, river, hill, lake, and mountain and we want to help others do the same. We want to encourage and empower people of all experience levels within all recreational activities to get out and explore. Rather than trying to be nationally focused and provide details on the same old overcrowded hot spots we want to provide detailed information about underrepresented areas in a variety of activities whether it is by self-propelled or machine powered methods. Sad **Developer response:** Hello d-five, I'm so sorry that you are unable to login. We are excited to have you as part of the Idago community and saddened that this was your first experience. We have identified the issue and submitted a new update to the app store that should go live in the next day or so. In the meantime the good news is your account has been created. So if you uninstall the app and reinstall it you will be able to login using the username and password you entered when you setup your account. ### 1/5 — Issues *2019-04-10* I can’t get into the app. It doesn’t load after the address information. **Developer response:** Hello Pattyyup, I'm so sorry that the app is not loading. There was a unidentified bug when we updated the onboarding experience and so there is no way to get past the blank screen. We have fixed the issue and should have an update available in the next day or so after it has been approved by the app store. In the mean time if you uninstall the app and reinstall it you would be able to login using the username and password you entered when you first created your account.
