I have deleted and reinstalled it 5 TIMES and it still won’t let me register.

I’ve tried numerous times to use this app. Freezes up after entering my name and address. Sad

**Developer response:** Hello d-five, I'm so sorry that you are unable to login. We are excited to have you as part of the Idago community and saddened that this was your first experience. We have identified the issue and submitted a new update to the app store that should go live in the next day or so. In the meantime the good news is your account has been created. So if you uninstall the app and reinstall it you will be able to login using the username and password you entered when you setup your account.

I can’t get into the app. It doesn’t load after the address information.

**Developer response:** Hello Pattyyup,

I'm so sorry that the app is not loading. There was a unidentified bug when we updated the onboarding experience and so there is no way to get past the blank screen. We have fixed the issue and should have an update available in the next day or so after it has been approved by the app store. In the mean time if you uninstall the app and reinstall it you would be able to login using the username and password you entered when you first created your account. I realize it has been a while since you created your account so if you need help resetting your password you can reach out to us directly at admin@idago.io.

Amazing app for exploring and discovering new backcountry spots in Idaho. Helps me plan out where I want to go backpacking, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
